Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, with a view to promote India as an important maritime nation and to attract global investments in the maritime sector has decided to organize a global investment summit in early 2016, entitled Maritime India Summit, 2016 (MIS-2016) in 14-16 April 2016.
Accordingly, IPA on behalf of Ministry of Shipping invites Requests for Proposal (RFP) from interested agencies for Creative, Design and Media work related to Maritime India Summit, 2016 .
The RFP document providing the Term of Reference (ToR), pre-qualification criteria, terms and conditions including evaluation criteria and application fee are available in the web site : http://ipa.nic.in/ or http://eprocure.gov.in/ .

The schedule for receipt of the application is as follows:-
1. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 21/10/15 at 1500 Hrs
2. Submission of document fee of Rs.10,000/- for RFP on or before 1430 Hrs on 06/11/2015.
3. Receipt of offers on or before 3.00 pm(1500 Hrs) on 06/11/2015
4. Opening of Technical offers at 1530 Hrs on 06/11/2015
