Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, with a view to promote India as an important maritime nation and to attract global investments in the maritime sector has decided to organize a global investment summit in early 2016, entitled Maritime India Summit, 2016 (MIS-2016) in February 2016.

Accordingly, IPA on behalf of Ministry of Shipping invites Requests for Proposal (RFP) from interested agencies for Designing, Media and PR work related to Maritime India Summit, 2016 and Project Sagarmala.

The schedule for receipt of the application is as follows:-

1. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 13/08/2015 at 1500 Hrs 
2. Submission of document fee of Rs.10,000/- for RFP on or before 1430 Hrs on 31/08/2015. 
3. Receipt of offers on or before 3.00 PM(1500 Hrs) on 31/08/2015 
4. Opening of Technical offers at 3.30 PM on 31/08/2015
